The only person who comes to our mind when we think of the movie ‘Rambo’ is Hollywood actor Sylvester Stallone. And filmmaker Siddharth Anand is now going to make a remake of this iconic movie with casting Tiger Shroff as Rambo.
Tiger posted the first poster of the movie ‘Rambo’ on his Twitter yesterday and wrote, “Grew up on this character, humbled and blessed to step into his shoes years later. #RamboRemake”.
When Sylvester Stallone himself heard about this, he went on to Twitter and Instagram to express his thoughts on the same. He tweeted saying, “I read recently they are remaking Rambo in India… I wish them luck .. Great character..”. And on Instagram he said, “I read recently they are remaking Rambo in India !! .. Great character.. hope they don’t wreck it.”
When Tiger was asked about the remake, he expressed, “Being a martial artist and a huge action movie buff since childhood, this all seems very surreal, and I’m very grateful for this opportunity. By no means do I believe I can replace the legendary Sylvester Stallone; however, I do feel that somehow this is something I’ve been preparing for since childhood.”

Director Siddharth Anand too spoke on the same and said, “Rambo is one of the most iconic action blockbuster films from my generation. I grew up looking up to heroes such as Stallone, and in a time where the Indian industry is lacking action characters of Rambo’s caliber, this is a perfect time to introduce Tiger in this role.”
The remake movie goes on floors in February next year. We can’t wait to see this handsome hunk junior Shoff kill it with the action scenes in the movie.
