Kangana Ranaut‘s recent controversy was with Apurva Asrani, who was upset with Kangana getting co-writing credits before him for the upcoming film ‘Simran’. And the controversy sort of looked on the verge of continuation when Vidya Balan was recently seen taking a sly dig at her credit row.
She had posted a picture of herself holding a credit card and had written, “Who needs credit when your director gifts you this card?! Thankoo Suresh Triveni,” referring to the director of her next film ‘Tumhari Sulu’. And it was then when we were expecting some fireworks to happen from Kangana’s side, but the reality looks way too different than expected.
A leading daily got in contact with Kangana who replied, “Haha I read about that. Vidya is a dear friend and honestly, I am not a thin-skinned person when it comes to people taking digs or jibes at me.”
Well Well, that sort of a reply now doesn’t speculate any more fireworks.
On Kangana’s work front, she’ll be seen in ‘Simran’ and then in ‘Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi’ where she’ll be portraying the role of Rani Laxmibai.
Vidya was last seen in ‘Begum Jana’ and her next project is ‘Tumhari Sulu’.
