The excitement of the 90’s generation new no bounds when Varun Dhawan announced that he is collaborating with his father once more for the remake of Salman Khan’s blockbuster film- Judwaa. Sources proclaim that the film’s script is being penned by writer-director duo Sajid-Farhad and will be produced by Sajid Nadiadwala.
As far as casting is concerned it’s still incomplete as the two female leads are yet to be finalised. Sources revealed that it is more of a commercial film being planned on a grand scale with beach locations in the Mediterranean. The script is also generously peppered with the tapori slang and a remix of the famous chartbuster Tan Tana Tan Tan Tan Tara from the original one.
However an interesting news also spiced up the scenario as Bollywood’s Bhaijaan, Salman Khan has agreed to step in as a ‘godfather-gunda’ to Varun’s twins. Salman seemed very excited to see Varun step into his shoes. It is said that when Sajid was asked about Salman’s role in this film, he laughingly said, “Everyone, including David sir and Sajid (Nadiadwala) bhai, are really excited about the film. We are still writing and exploring ideas. Nothing is confirmed yet. But who wouldn’t want bhaijaan in their film.”
A gunda-godfather Salman to two cute Varun(s) will surely be an interesting watch? Are you excited for it?
